Our charitable purposes include:
Assisting the returning student in the acquisition of higher education, whether undergraduate, graduate, professional, or vocational, who meets the Foundation’s requirements.
Applications are available after March 30th. The return due date for all application materials is June 30th. Click on this link and download the application packet.
Awards will be announced by September 30th for the starting school year.
All applications need to be submitted by U.S. Mail to the address on the application. WEF is not responsible for lost applications or transcripts that were not processed.
