The Women’s Eleemosynary Foundation (WEF) is a 501 (c) (3) Chicago-area based public foundation providing help to the disabled, the elderly, and those pursuing post-high school training or a college education ‒ both undergraduate and graduate or professional programs. Annually the WEF has a process to submit applications for these needs.
